Within the framework of agreements between IAEA and Rosatom State Corporation, on March 13-17, in Moscow office of JSC ASE EC, consultations are being held with IAEA experts on the topic of the best practices in the field of management of project data and knowledge throughout the whole NPP life cycle.

Within the last year IAEA has actively performed the work for generation of the overview of the best world practices in this field. The purpose of this overview is to increase the awareness of IAEA member countries regarding up-to-date approaches for effective project management, including those with application of up-to-date tools of information modeling.

Specialists of ASE Group of Companies (Engineering Division of Rosatom State Corporation) will tell about unique system for management of projects Multi-D® allowing to effectively manage all stages of NPP life cycle, as well as other capital construction objects.

Multi-D® as a project management system has been generated within the last 10 years. Application of Multi-D® in engineering processes both in the atomic industry and in other industries allows to implement complex capital projects within the set cost and deadlines, with the necessary quality, at the expense of significant increase in the speed and quality of business processes in the project.

By results of expert consultations, there will be prepared a technical report of ASE regarding the practice of life cycle management with application of information modeling tools (Multi-D® Technology).

National experts: representatives of Rosatom State Corporation, Rostechnadzor, JSC Concern Rosenergoatom, JSC RASU, GK NEOLANT, JSC VNIIAES also take part in discussion of the report.
