On behalf of ROSATOM, the agreement was signed by Director General Alexey Likhachev. On behalf of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, the agreement was signed by Minister of the Far East and Arctic Alexey Tschekunkov.
Respecting corresponding procedures stipulated by Russian legislation, the parties plan to take coordinated action to develop the Great Northern Sea Route with the aim of enabling the sustainable growth of export, coastal, and transit cargo traffic.
